Vibely  is committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely across India. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS. Estimated delivery timelines are 3–5 business days for metro cities, 5–7 business days for other cities and towns, and 7–10 business days for remote areas, although delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999, while standard shipping charges apply to orders below this amount and are calculated during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, as Vibely will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. In case of damaged packages, customers must contact support within 48 hours with proper photo or video proof, preferably including an unboxing video. If an order is delayed or lost in transit, customers should contact the support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected pin codes, and Vibel reserves the right to refuse COD service for certain locations or orders.
